Open to investors & strategic partners

Invest in a more connected future for chronic care.

Vytaris is a product concept with a practical ambition: connect home health readings to informed, coordinated care. We are open to conversations with angels, funds and strategic partners.

The Investment Thesis

The missing connection is between the reading and the care team.

Connected devices generate information. A useful care platform must make that information understandable, deliver it to the right people and fit existing clinical workflows. Our proposed product brings device integration, trend analysis and role-based alerting into one system.

1.4 billion

adults aged 30–79 had hypertension in 2024.

The Story Behind the Name

Vita + Polaris. A constant guide for everyday health.

Vita is Latin for life — the vital signs people living with chronic conditions work to keep steady every day. Polaris, the North Star, held its place in the night sky for centuries and helped travellers find their way.

Between clinic visits, many patients manage their health largely alone. Vytaris joins the two ideas: a steady guide that helps patients, families and care teams notice change earlier and act together.

Built by SPRWork Infosolutions

Health technology with engineering discipline behind it.

Vytaris is developed by SPRWork Infosolutions. Our goal is dependable, secure software designed to reduce noise for clinicians and present clear, reviewable information rather than raw data.

Security and compliance capabilities are design goals and require independent validation before clinical use.

Proposed Business Model

Recurring revenue, grounded in care delivery.

Per-patient subscriptions

Proposed pricing range: $50–$200 per patient per month, with scope and service levels to be validated. This is planned pricing, not booked revenue.

Care-provider licensing

B2B licensing for clinics, home-care organisations and care facilities, aligned to enrolled patients and integration requirements.

Enterprise deployment

Proposed private-cloud or on-premises options for organisations with data-residency needs. Commercial and delivery costs require assessment.

WHAT INVESTMENT WOULD SUPPORT

Validate first. Scale responsibly.

01

Product & device integration

Develop and test compatible device adapters, data quality checks and the care-team workflow.

02

Clinical & security evaluation

Evaluate alert usefulness, false alerts, response workflows, privacy and applicable regulatory obligations.

03

Partnerships & commercial pilots

Recruit care partners, establish programme economics and assess adoption before wider rollout.

A TRANSPARENT STARTING POINT

What still needs to be proven.

This site demonstrates the concept using simulated data. No verified customer traction, revenue, completed clinical validation or regulatory certification has been supplied.

  • Pilot outcomes and clinician-assessed alert quality
  • Device compatibility and integration costs
  • Acquisition cost, retention and per-patient economics
  • Regulatory pathway, data governance and security review
